First Food Processor – What size should I buy?

June 2nd, 2010

I’m looking to purchase my first food processor and not sure as to what size I should get. I’m not looking to do huge recipes. I’m mainly going to be using it for meat merinades and sauces for pastas. Perhaps no more than 4 servings per use/plate or dish made. What size should I buy for my first food processor? I’m not looking to spend a whole lot of money. I had my eye on a Kitchenaid – 3 Cup KFC3100. Any opinions?

    KitchenAid is best
I also have Oyster it is also a good one.
Only one thing u have to remember is do not over run it for more time. little amounts work gr8 with all the mixtures.

You might want to check out ebay, Craig’s list or your local thrift store. Just make sure you sanitize everything but the main component that encases the motor. This will give you a better idea of what you and don’t want.
