I’ve been dying to buy a food processor, but I’m a little weary about spending a lot of money on something that isn’t durable. Which food processors are durable, easy to clean, easy to use (for making like pesto and things like that), and will last for a long time?
I love my Cuisinart 14DFP-14BCN 14 cup Processor. It is my 2nd Cuisinart Food Processor and I have it about 3 years. The motor finally wore out on my original model after 20+ years. Choosing a food processor really depends on your needs and available space. Most food processors are a bit heavy and should be left on the counter where you intend to use it. The smaller and cheaper food processors are more portable. This is a link to the consumers affairs website with reviews of some food processors. http://www.consumersearch.com/food-processors -
I love my KitchenAid. I’ve had it now for 10 years, use it regularly, and it still runs perfectly. If it broke for some reason today, I’d buy the exact same one by tomorrow. It’s well worth the investment.
